Sebastiano Pinna is a trainee at Hague Corporate Affairs.
Sebastiano supports advisors in their search for moments of influence in policy by being constantly on top of the news. During his internship at the Ministry of Justice and Security, he discovered what happens when the government does not formulate policy in consultation with society. He believes it is important to contribute to a fair and transparent decision-making processes, in which civil society, the business community and the government come together. According to Sebastiano, policy is best influences when apparently conflicting interests are used as a breeding ground for a valuable conversation.
Sebastiano has been an intern at Hague during his bachelor’s degree in public administration. His interests in public affairs was born here. As a result, following a master’s degree in public affairs was a logical decision. Sebastiano wrote his master’s thesis on the influence of interest groups on national energy transition policy. Due to his five years of work experience as a team leader in retail, he has a proactive work ethic and is people oriented.
