Alex Klein is Account Director at Hague Corporate Affairs. An expert in the field of influence, he works with several clients on the crossroad of business and politics.
Alex knows exactly how to shape persuasive communication. He designed influence strategies for businesses in mobility, digital technology, food, and the manufacturing industry. He always takes care to connect the issues of his clients with the larger developments in politics, economy and society.
Alex believes in a true corporate affairs approach: not just formulating a compelling message with the client, but also searching for opportunities in politics and media on a more strategic level.
Alex was formerly a partner at training company Debat.NL, where he applied the art of persuasion at the highest levels. He worked as a trainer, coach and speechwriter for leading Dutch and international businesses and taught politicians to properly communicate difficult messages confidently.
Alex studied Political Science with a Masters Degree in Political Philosophy at Leiden University. During his studies, he excelled as a competitive debater and won the Dutch national debating championship. Outside of his work at Hague, Alex is a board member and volunteer at a local youth organization.
