Rudolf has guided transitions for clients at home and abroad, and has structured and strengthened their communication functions. He analyses the organisation of the communication for companies and governments, advises on the positioning and direction of their communication discipline in relation to their ambitions and coaches managers and communication consultants.

He began his career in journalism for programs including the NOS Journaal and has been an independent consultant since 1992. At the Dutch Public Broadcasting Company he worked as a transition manager, as Head of Communications he advised on the Healthcare Inspection, and for the Ministry of Economic Affairs he was program manager for Holland Branding in Hong Kong.
