Casper is analyst at FGS Global.
As an analyst at FGS Global, Casper builds on his expertise in public and corporate affairs, which he developed during his internship at Hague. In this role, he continues to expand his knowledge by supporting dossiers and closely tracking the political dynamics within the sectors in which clients operate. His focus areas include agrifood, energy, mobility, and defence, where he contributes with keen interest to complex challenges.
Casper’s interest in the strategic role of rhetoric and political communication deepened during his Master’s in International Relations at the University of Amsterdam. Since then, he has closely followed (geo)political developments related to the security and competitiveness of the Netherlands.
Alongside his studies, he gained experience at a consultancy firm that managed high-profile projects for organisations such as ASML and KPMG. Additionally, at Brand New Day—a Dutch financial institution specialising in pension and investment products—he observed firsthand the mutual dependency between the supplementary pension sector and the Dutch government.
The field of public and corporate affairs has provided Casper with the ideal opportunity to further explore his interest in the intersection of the public and private sectors.
