Jeanette Hamster is a senior communications expert with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, helping organizations achieve impactful business and policy outcomes.
She joined FGS Global in September 2025, following her leadership of the NATO Public Forum at the NATO Summit in The Hague. Her previous roles include Special Advisor Corporate Affairs at Schiphol Group and strategic assignments with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
From 2013 to 2021, Jeanette worked at Shell, including as company spokesperson. Earlier, she led policy communications for the Dutch Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and headed the corporate communications practice group at Hill & Knowlton Strategies in Moscow and Brussels. She began her career in financial communications in London.
Jeanette holds MAs in War Studies (King’s College London) and International Relations (University of Groningen), and has held research roles at NATO, the Center for Defense Information in Washington DC, and the International Center for Security Analysis Institute (ICSA) in London.
At FGS Global, she brings her interest for societal issues and deep strategic insight to help clients navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
